Here’s What You’ll Get:

  • Initial Consultation: A complimentary 20-minute session to identify your aspirations and challenges.

  • Voxer Access: Tuesday/Thursdays 5-8pm, direct communication for ongoing support.

  • (1) 45 minute Strategy Call where we select specific goals and childhood memories to work on

  • (1) 2hr Inner Child Healing Intensive + (1) 30 minute Integration session per month for three months to do the internal work and receive support in making small changes

  • (1) 2.5hr Past Life Journey Session

  • Dark Femme Collective Access: Six months of entry to my signature group coaching program that runs from February 2026 - July 2026

  • Shadow work, simply put, is the process of exploring the parts of yourself that you usually keep hidden—like your fears, insecurities, unhealed wounds, or traits you don’t want to admit you have.

    It’s about gently looking at those “shadow” parts instead of ignoring or suppressing them, so you can understand yourself better, heal old patterns, and live in a more authentic, whole way.

    My style of shadow work involves journeying to past lives and revisiting childhood memories in order to access wisdom, power and healing. I believe that one can learn a lot from the shadows of their past.

    If you choose the four payment option, your 45 minute strategy session will be scheduled the month after your first payment. For example, you submit your first payment in November and schedule your first session in December.

    Risks

    • Emotional overwhelm: Bringing up painful memories or feelings can feel intense or destabilizing.

    • Re-traumatization: If unhealed trauma surfaces without proper support, it can make things worse.

    • Misinterpretation: Without guidance, people may judge or shame themselves instead of integrating.

    • Isolation: Doing deep work alone, without community or professional support, can feel heavy or confusing.

  • Shadow work focuses on the hidden or unconscious parts of yourself: your fears, wounds, suppressed emotions, or traits you’ve disowned.

    It is spiritual in nature with a holistic approach, using tools such as journaling, ancestral veneration, meditation, astrology consultation and guided journeys.

    The goal of shadow work is integration, meaning you learn to acknowledge and make peace with your entire being, even the ones you avoid and are ashamed of, so you can live in a more whole and authentic way. Shadow work leans more into personal and spiritual exploration rather than clinical diagnosable mental health practice.

    Talk therapy, on the other hand, focuses on mental health symptoms, current life struggles, relationships, and stressors.

    It uses evidence-based psychological approaches, such as cognitive behavioral therapy or psychodynamic methods, and takes place through structured dialogue with a licensed mental health professional. The aim is to provide relief from distress, build coping skills, and improve daily functioning.

    Unlike shadow work, talk therapy is clinical, grounded in psychology, and often covered by insurance.

    While I use many of my clinical skills and practice the same ethical and legal responsibilities as I do in my therapy work, I do not diagnose clients, take insurance or provide professional healthcare advice as a Shadow Work Coach.
