I’m a licensed mental health professional, trauma expert, and healing-centered shadow work coach for women of color.

I would also like to be your mentor and help you open up a side hustle.

In addition to my full-time job in community mental health leadership, I also run two side hustles as a private practice therapist and shadow work coach, generating an extra 4-figures working only 8-15 hours a month.

WHAT ARE SOME EXAMPLES OF ONLINE SIDE HUSTLES YOU CAN MANIFEST?

  • Just because you’re not licensed doesn’t mean you can’t start a side hustle! It just won’t be doing therapy.

    Master’s Level therapists can be parent coaches, private consultants for families and couples or shadow work coaches like me! The trick is to know what you want to help people do, learn or achieve based on your education, personal passions and lived experience. Then you can start coaching people online or teaching workshops!

  • If you’ve been practicing tarot for so long that you know each card and their symbology by heart, you’re probably a great person to teach someone else what you know.

    There are many people who are curious about the insights and wisdom that come from oracle reading and there are many people who consult tarot but don’t know how to read them!

  • You can sell your recommendations online. Ask people what exercises they want to learn then send them videos of you doing them! Bonus if you ask them to send videos of them working out to you so you can give them tips on improving their form.

    A nutritionist can create an online form where clients can input their dietary needs and then you create a grocery list, recipe guide and meal planner in a pretty package made on canva.

  • You can be a sounding board for new poets who want to practice their writing and performance skills. Host a weekly online writing salon for 6 weeks and on the 7th week have everyone select their favorite poem and recite it at an online poetry slam where they invite their families and friends.
