Introduction to Shadow Work & Inner Child Healing is the foundational session of the Dark Femme Collective.

In this session I teach three frameworks of Shadow Work from:

  • An astrological perspective

  • A Jungian perspective

  • A Native American/Indigenous perspective

Each perspective sets the groundwork for understanding that our shadows are born out of our childhood experiences. The root of our emotional triggers and internal struggles stem from an originating wound of the past.

During this session, I will guide you through a journey to your childhood to identify the source of a wound that still pains you today. After the journey, we will circle together to share our insights and support each other’s journey.
